The Syncros Hardcore post was a legend in its day and this recaptures the proven twin-bolt Suntour clamp simplicity in a usefully light, modern version.
The 7075 alloy shaft is coined out at the base with the cold forged and machined lower head bonded on top. The lower clamp is held in place with a spring clip, while the upper clamp sandwiches on top and tightens with two 4mm bolts threading into captured barrels.
This means much less chance of chasing dropped bits than on other twin-bolt heads. The short 30mm clamp length also means more adjustment than normal for an inline post. Less support means more chance of bent rails.
