New for their 2006 range, these clincher wheels have a carbon-wrapped aluminium rim that is a patented application.
The hi-lo flange hub design is very effective at equalizing the unavoidable differences in spoke tension that exist in all road wheels and these are completely devoid of brake rub. There are 28 Sapim CX-Ray aero elliptical spokes for the rear wheel and 24 for the front wheel. The spokes are held in tension by Nyloc nipples that will never shake loose, though adjustments can be made at the hub end of the wheel if the need arises. These wheels are ideally suited to those who want a good looking wheel for time trialling and road racing and they stayed true throughout the test. Shimano and Campagnolo versions are stocked.
