Super comfortable and stylish with a quality Vibram sole

The Lake I/O 3s are designed for both spinning classes and general outdoor use and at just 375g per shoe, they are among the lightest multi-purpose shoes we’ve come across

The quality Vibram sole, well known as a mark of standard to the hiking fraternity, is light, grippy and non-marking, but it is more flexible than some.

The laces use a Velcro closure to keep them out of harm’s way (but be careful not to catch them in the Velcro or they’ll fray) and the shoe is well padded and comfortable, with a large reflective patch at the back.

However, here’s another case for needing to try before you buy.In terms of sizing, Lakes tend to come up narrow. The I/O 3s, however, are definitely on the short side too, so you’ll probably need to size up.
