The trick to Purple Extreme is to apply it to a spotless chain and top it up on the first couple of rides. If you're devoted to post-ride maintenance then it's fair to say that you'll really love the performance of Purple Extreme. It outlasts most lubes on test, penetrates deeply and cleans up well.
The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. Apply it sparingly and onto a clean chain though, and it'll go further than other lubes.
