Our review
An efficient and light combi-inflator pump Buy if, You like the simplicity of having only one pump for manual and CO2 inflation, and want a pump that's light and easy to take on your rides

Pros:

Neat, light and small package

Cons:

Not as robust as some

Truflo's combi-pump offers the best of both worlds when you're out on the road, able to inflate your tyres manually or using CO2 cartridges.

  • Weight: 145g
  • Length: 23cm
  • Stroke: 16cm
  • Pressure at 100 strokes: 30psi

Truflo’s TIO (Two-In-One) has a fixed headunit with double Presta head – for the hand pump and another, separate one for CO2 inflation. When using the CO2 set up, the threaded cartridge (one is supplied) screws directly into the top of the head unit and your hands are spared the risk of freezing to it, thanks to a supplied neoprene cover.

The TIO Road doesn’t feature a control valve so it’s of primary importance that you get the head properly sealed onto your tyre’s valve before screwing on the CO2 cartridge. There’s a rubber dust cover for where the CO2 cartridge screws on, to keep it free of muck when it isn’t being used.

In ‘regular’ hand-pump mode, the TIO Road doesn’t feel as robust as some combis that we've tested, however it did do a grand job of inflating the tyre with little effort.

The TIO Road comes with a bottle cage bracket for the pump, but there’s no provision for storing the CO2 cartridges so they’ll need to go in your pocket.
