Our review
A stunning concoction that lives up to the lofty claims

These tablets contain a mix of vitamins and minerals, including calcium, potassium and magnesium, and are designed to reduce the effects of lactic acid by buffering the production of hydrogen ions, thereby increasing aerobic threshold.

They’re certified as being banned-substance free, which is a good thing as the performance benefits are astounding. This is backed up by a clinical study, but the data isn’t half as impressive as our own experience of using them.

In less than a week, the six-per-day tablets simply eliminated muscle soreness, no matter how hard or long we went. When working at a high intensity, it also felt as though it took longer for the sting of lactic to build.

We continued using Extreme Endurance tablets for six weeks and the benefits persisted, including no soreness after a big-event PB. The monthly cost is high, but if you can afford it then it’s worth it.
