Are you one of the 289 cyclists who've entered the BikeRadar Training October Commuter Challenge? If not, or you're struggling to hit that '20 commutes' mark, there's still a reason to get involved – this week's mini challenge includes prizes for less sessions.

You only need to log four commutes before the end of October to be in with the chance of winning a prize, and each part of your journey counts as a session, so you earn points for both a morning trip to work and an evening haul home.

Here's what you need to do before 31 October 2012:

Log 4-9 sessions to join a prize draw to win an Oxford Bright Cover rucksack cover, RRP £11.99.

Log 10-14 sessions to be in with the chance of winning an RSP CX3.0 9 computer, RRP £29.99.

Log 15-19 sessions for a shot at a fluoro yellow 20L Polaris Aquanought Courier bag, RRP £49.99.

Those who log at least 20 sessions will be entered into the main prize draw, and one lucky winner will win a Polaris Aquanought backpack, Schwalbe London tyres and a BikeRadar Training T-shirt.
