Scot has recovered from breaking collar bone

You’ve seen him on YouTube, in car and job ads, and maybe even on MTV – now trials star Danny MacAskill is back from injury and you can his amazing riding for yourself.


The talented young Scot will make his comeback alongside a host of motorcycle trials stars at the Sheffield Arena on 9 January, where he will provide the half-time entertainment at The World’s No 1 Indoor Motorcycle Trial.

Danny Mac has been out of action since he broke his collar bone in a huge crash in the US earlier this year, but he’s now back in training and ready to take his skills to another level.

He’s following in the footsteps of some famous names – multiple bicycle trials world champions Ot Pi, Cesar Canas and Marc Vinco have all performed at the venue.

Some of the best motorcycle trials riders in the world are signed up for the main event, including Toni Bou, Dougie Lampkin, Adam Raga and Takahisa Fujinami.


MacAskill sprang to fame last year when his Inspired Bicycles clip on YouTube received around 12.5 million hits. He went on to star at BikeRadar Live, in ads for Volkswagen and s1jobs.com, and in a video for the band Doves.
