Expert one-to-one fitness testing at next February’s show

Published: November 14, 2014 at 11:00 am

One of the most popular features of the 2014 London Bike Show, the Surrey Human Performance Training Hub, will be back in 2015 to give full fitness assessments to help you boost your performance next season.

This exclusive area of the show will put riders of all disciplines – whether roadie, MTB’er or recreational cyclist – through a two-hour one-to-one session with the Surrey Human Performance Institute team. The testing will include body composition analysis, a sub-maximal cycling test, a strength and conditioning assessment and a nutrition consultation. The results from the test are then compiled into a comprehensive performance review along with a personalised training plan to help you achieve your cycling goals for 2015.

These pro-level tests are available at a fraction of the high street cost – £80 on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 February and £90 on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 February. Assessments completely sold out last year, so be sure to book now in order to secure your ticket to better performance.

Check out the video below for a look at the testing process.
