BikeRadar in association with Cyclepowermeters will host two power training seminars by world-renowned expert Hunter Allen this weekend.
Allen, who authored Training and Racing with a Power Meter and co-developed the CyclingPeaks Software WKO+, will present his Training for Power sessions as part of wider day-long events on the subject. Representatives from Quarq, Powertap, Garmin, LOOK/Polar, SRM and Cyclepowermeters will also be on hand explaining their own products.
The events, held in Rugby at Lawrence Sheriff School on Saturday 17 March and Sunday 18 March, cost £15, or £20 should you wish to attend the break-out question and answer sessions with a coach specialising in your specific area of cycling.
Each day starts with the manufacturers giving a brief overview of their products, followed by an in-depth talk by Allen on how to train using power, plus the Q&A. Proceedings will begin at 9am and end at 3.30pm, with the break-out sessions lasting a further hour and a half.
