If you want to get amped on the UK scene, check this out

Focusing primarily on the UK downhill racing scene, this great little flick is packed with popular locations and some new spots, including the amazing looking Gawton.

There are plenty of scenes packed with riders tearing it up around the Welsh countryside, and there are lots of good sections with Ashley Mullane, Team Chain Reaction/Intense and Neil Donoghue doing their stuff.

The 2008 World Cup at Fort William is also covered, and there are great sections from the Red Bull Empire of Dirt and a Decoy backyard jam, with some rad whips and turndowns courtesy of Leo Forte. Chris Doyle, Kye Forte and Brian Foster make appearances with some ridiculous table 360s and easy 720s.

Rowan Sorrel, Nikki Whiles and Sion Whitecross take on Brechfa forest on their short-travel rigs and rag it silly – making good use of a trail centre in a non cross-country way.

A nice touch in this film is the numerous riders getting sections wrong, then riding them again to get them right – proving even the best are human.

We recently visited Gawton, where one of the stars of the DVD, Ash Mullane, showed us around his 'crib' - click play below:
