Gore Competition II review
Gore makes some of the best technical clothing out there, and this lightweight jersey is another winner.
The stretchy nylon fabric doesn’t get easily waterlogged and it dries quickly when things do get clammy on the climbs, while mesh panels under the arms and on the upper back provide a shed-load of air conditioning.
The same goes for the zip that goes all the way down to your belly button, although it can occasionally be difficult to budge one-handed.
The cut is body-hugging and the traditional three pockets in the lower back are big enough for carrying your ride essentials.
