Good cut and a lightweight choice

Shebeest are a popular brand Stateside catering to women who like to inject a bit of flair into their cycling wardrobe. The S-Cut jersey has a tailored, female-specific cut that's shaped for a riding position, with a good width across the shoulders and a long back hem.

It's a lighter weight, so works well in transitional weather. Wear it on its own on cool days, under a gilet if there's a cold breeze, or as a base layer in the winter. There's a long front zip if things heat up too. Three back pockets are easy to access, but they're a bit on the small side.

The fabric has two sides - a mesh-like inner surface provides great moisture control, and the smooth outer face keeps the look less 'techy'. Not that you'd jump to that conclusion with this wild print. Definitely funky, the animal motif is growing on us - it's especially suitable when cycling on forest tracks!
