Our review
Close fit, nice detailing and cosy in places, but having a freezing belly and biceps spoils overall comfort

The Eureka looks seriously high-tech and it’s loaded with clever design touches, but unfortunately the basic fabric layout lets it down.

The snug performance fit from the multi-panel cut will be popular with racers, while the long tail, tall collar and stretchy fabric mean there are no gaps or draughts to impinge on your riding comfort.

The triangular darted sleeve ends with zips give either a snug glove fit or act as handy vents, the reflective dots are surprisingly conspicuous at night and there’s adequate cargo capacity for short, fast rides.

The chunky zip pullers work well with winter gloves and the full-length zip provides frontal opening options. The stretchy ‘Therminal’ side pieces and cosy (but not weatherproof) Fieldsensor fabric wick sweat well from the back.

However, the Softshell weatherproofing on the front leaves your upper arms and belly feeling exposed and cold in exactly the wet or windy weather it’s meant to be protecting you from.
