If it's hot outside, the RSE is an ideal jersey to keep you cool

Sugoi’s RSE is an out-and-out race jersey, best suited to warm or hot weather. It’s incredibly well ventilated, with Revoflex Mesh sections on the front hem, shoulders, underarm areas and back panel.

We tested the RSE in white, which helps reflect some heat but does mean the jersey goes seethrough when wet, leaving you a little exposed. However, it also comes in black.

Obvious consideration has been given to aerodynmaics, with a tight fit for the torso and arms, which are finished with a wide band of stiff elastic. The front panels are constructed from Revo fabric – it has a smooth, stretchy finish to it and Sugoi claim it has good aerodynamic properties.

Construction is of a high quality, and the RSE features flatlocked seams throughout, with some being taped to further reduce the risk of irritation. The three pockets at the rear are decent sized for a race jersey, and there’s a zipped security one.

Despite its racy leanings, the RSE is a comfortable jersey, being both lightweight and figure hugging without being restrictive.
