BikeRadar Training Hub kicks off at the London Bike Show

The BikeRadar Training Hub kicked off at the London Bike Show on Thursday, with Koolstof Coaching putting riders through their pedal strokes with a series of fitness tests and consultations. Friday is sold out but there are still some places available this weekend if you hurry - you can either book online or register in person at the show.

The two hour session priced at £115, is designed to enhance cycling performance and highlight where improvements can be made and includes the following:

  • Zone 1: POWERbreathe Inspiratory muscles tested, body fat analysis, height, weight, anti-oxidant levels measurements, spin scan analysis
  • Zone 2: Fitness test to assess power zones, heart rate zones and VO2 max
  • Zone 3: Postural and flexibility assessment
  • Zone 4: Coaching talk, introduction to training and coaching, and open questions

Koolstof will then analyse your results and put together personalised training plans that will be sent to you later.
