Even out your body and put more power down on the climbs

As its name suggests, the single-leg box squat is a single-legged exercise – one that’ll help you to develop real strength in both legs.

Built into your weekly mountain biking strength training regime, the exercise is great for evening out the imbalances we all have. Done regularly it'll deliver appreciable benefits out on the trail, especially during steep climbs & standing pedalling efforts.
