Get your training on track for 2013 with the BikeRadar Training Hub which is returning to The London Bike Show this January. Our partners Koolstof Coaching will be on hand again to put you through your paces in a series of tests and consultations, designed to enhance your cycling performance and show you exactly where you can improve.

If you can’t make it to The London Bike Show you can still take advantage of professional training plans developed by Koolstof Coaching for BikeRadar Training. Find a plan that suits your training goals and use your training diary to keep track of your progress.

For a limited time only you can get a 2 hour fitness test and consultation for £69. Tickets to the hub normally cost £115 but we have an extremely limited number available at £69. 1. Fitness testing for Power Zones, Heart Zones and VO2max

2. Inspiratory muscle training assessment with POWERbreathe K5

3. Spin Scan Analysis of pedal stroke

4. Postural Testing/ Core Conditioning / Flexibility assessment

5. Anti-Oxidant Scanner and nutritional advice

6. Body Fat analysis

7. Follow up email with assessments explained and training advice enclosed

8. 4 week training plan

9. Training booklet

The London Bike Show takes place from 17-20 January at the ExCel arena and will see brands including Ridgeback, Marin, Wilier, Brooks and GoPro exhibiting their 2013 products.
