More than half a million miles of activity have now been logged on BikeRadar Training by the site's 3,510 members. That's the equivalent of cycling around the world roughly 24.5 times!

Since the launch of the training tool in April we've seen cycling enthusiasts from all over the world logging their miles, recording their rides, sharing routes from around the globe and attending cycling events.

Your chance to win prizes

It's not all about recording the miles, though. With BikeRadar Training you can join monthly challenges and compete against other members for prizes. This month, we've got a Mio Cyclo 305 HC sat nav up for grabs in our King of the Mountain showdown.

1. Join the King of the Mountain challenge group.

2. Ride as many hills as you can by 31 August 2012, and climb a total of more than 3,050mto be entered into the prize draw.

3. Log your rides on BikeRadar Training. If you're not a registered member, you can join for free.

4. Follow the group leaderboard to see how you're doing.

5. That's all there is to it. Keep checking the group for leaderboard updates and to find out who's the ultimate King of the Mountain.
