Every Wednesday we'll be posting a round-up of videos that have caught our eye over the previous seven days. Starting this week’s collection is a cracking 'Movember' moustache from Trek's American enduro rider Ross Schnell.
It should be noted that Schnell has bent the rules a little. He started growing his moustache three months ago, when the Movember rules specifically state “men start Movember on 1 November clean shaven.” Breaking the rules, however, seems to be offset by the magnificent ’tache he's grown.
It's so grand, Trek have made a movie about it. “We had some down time with the video crew in Whistler, and I happen to have a moustache,” Schnell told BikeRadar. “That’s where it all began. I’m a little bummed out, because now my moustache is way bigger than it was in September. I saw a guy at Home Depot the other day with a moustache bigger than mine and we locked eyes – and he knew he won. But I can’t let it happen. The next time I see him, my moustache will rival his, I hope.”
Schnell doesn’t know how long the moustache will last, despite having his girlfriend on board with it. “I don’t know how much longer I can handle it,” he said. “It’s such a chore to eat with and stuff, but it seems like I’m far enough along that I should make it count. I might roll it into the springtime and, like, tuck it behind my ears or something; I don’t know I’m just playing it day by day.”
Movember is all about raising awareness and funds for men's health, specifically prostate and other cancers that affect men. These Mo Bros, as they are known, become walking, talking billboards for the issue throughout November.

Team Sky "will be the best in the world", says Cavendish
Mark Cavendish told our sister site Cyclingnews that Team Sky is "going to be the best team in the world" as he reflected on his success in 2011 at a charity dinner for Action Medical Research in London last week.
The British superstar, who is moving to Team Sky for 2012 after securing a memorable Tour de France green jersey/Road World Championship double in 2011, looks ahead to taking on both the London Olympic Games and the Tour de France in 2012. Cavendish also spoke to Mark Robinson about his pride at the prospect of becoming a father for the first time in April.

Behind THE Barriers, season II, episode 7
Behind THE Barriers follows US cyclo-cross star Jeremy Powers (Rapha-Focus) as he competes on the domestic race circuit. Episode 7 returns to Fort Collins, Colorado, where Jeremy is on the hunt for victory in the New Belgium Cup.
After spending the morning warming up while watching some of his European peers in action and having an all-important good breakfast, it’s off to the venue where Jeremy treats some lucky fans to some SRAM schwag. The race is hard fought, but J-Pow eventually prevails, as you can see below:
