Six slippery aero road bikes, put to the test

Scott Foil, Storck Aerfast Pro, Litespeed C1 and more

We may not have our own wind tunnel, but we won’t let that stop us putting half a dozen of the best aero road bikes currently on the market to the test.

Our picks include: Felt’s AR3, which sits in the middle of the range with Ultegra components; Litespeed’s carbon-framed C1 rolling on Easton wheels; Storck’s Aerfast Pro, with Ultegra Di2; Mekk’s Primo 8.0, which comes packed with aero features; Argon 18’s Nitrogen Pro, which runs on the same frame as ridden at last year’s Tour de France; and finally the brand new Scott Foil – which looks incredible.

Which will win out? Rob Spedding, editor-in-chief of our sister mag Cycling Plus, talks you through their highs, lows and iffy bits. Watch the video above to find our winner. We’ll be publishing individual reviews of each of these bikes in the days to come, so keep an eye out for them.

Which would you choose? Let us know in the comments below.
